We truly enjoyed this pleasant and exceptionally comfortable hotel. the staff were excellent and efficient day and night. It was just next door to all eating places, massage shops, Nagoya shopping mall, and shopping center. Particularly good location overall.

Convenient hotel and free parking, good location near to Nagoya Hill shopping center. Very well mannered and excellent staff providing good services. Nice bed, neat rooms. Location next to mall as well as restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Kangen Cafe nearby. Wonderful stay, as always.

The hotel is very close to Nagoya shopping mall, Spa Secret, and many spas, restaurants, and Nagoya Hill. the staff is friendly and gave helpful advice on things to do. Our room had climate control, a safe, and a TV with cable channels.

The room here is really cozy and comfortable. It's in a great spot, right next to a night club, which is cool if you're into that scene. the staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful 😊.

The room had everything I needed - like AC, a safe, and a flat-screen TV with all the good channels 📺. the location was awesome, right by all the cool shops and stuff so it was super convenient.
